Upload one or more data files (e.g. one per wave for tracking studies). When running tables you can choose to stack them combined or run each separately.

Upload your Excel question codebook (Question ID / Question Text / Question ID / Values / Value Labels) to auto-extract question text and answer codes. Any column name mismatches show as warnings — fix them in the Questions tab.

Create one Banner Plan per table set you want to deliver. Each plan runs independently and produces its own Excel file. Same questions, different column breakdowns.

Variables built from conditions on your existing questions (SCQ/MCQ segments) or numeric formulas. Edit or delete them here — deleting removes their computed data and their row from the Questions tab.

Create a weight variable by giving target percentages for one or more variables (e.g. Gender, Region). The tool iteratively balances respondent weights (RIM/raking) until the weighted sample matches every target at once. Each variable's targets must sum to exactly 100%.
